Overtime pay by Employment Act rates
OT & pay from your logs
How much you earn from your logged OT (punchtime − 8h/day at ×1.25) + holiday pay. The OT hours match your dashboard.
Normal day = (Basic × 12 ÷ 52 ÷ 48) × 1.25 × hours
Statutory holiday = (Basic × 12 ÷ 52 ÷ 48) × 1.5 × hours + (daily rate × 0.5)
Hourly ordinary rate uses 48 working hours/week; daily rate = hourly × 8. Statutory holidays are those under the Employment Act.

Shift times
Each shift is 8 hours. Shift is auto-detected from punch-in.
Shift is detected within ±1 hour of each start time. Punch-ins outside these windows are labelled Other.
A day's OT = punchtime − 8h (punchtime = punch-out − punch-in; can be negative). Weekly / monthly / pay-period OT is the sum of each day's OT.
Off days are just a marker (no pay effect). Statutory holidays (Fridays + admin list) are excluded from OT and paid at the holiday rate.
